Meet the Staff of the U.S. Chamber's Litigation Center
The U.S. Chamber's National Chamber Litigation Center (NCLC) is pleased to announce that its two Chief Counsel – Rachel Brand and Kate Todd – will co-head the Litigation Center and run its day-to-day operations. Rachel Brand and Kate Todd, who joined the Litigation Center in 2011, bring extensive private sector and government experience to the helm of the Litigation Center.
The U.S. Chamber's Lily Fu Claffee will continue to oversee the Litigation Center as she has for the last two years, but will now take a more direct strategic role in the organization.
