U.S. Chamber files amicus brief

October 30, 2017

The U.S. Chamber filed an amicus brief urging the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to uphold the lower court’s common sense interpretation of the Commonwealth’s Consumer Protection Law, which avoids incentives for abusive litigation while preserving consumers’ interests.

Ashley C. Parrish and Amy R. Upshaw of King & Spalding LLP served as co-counsel for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on behalf of the U.S. Chamber Litigation Center.
