U.S. Chamber files amicus brief in personal jurisdiction case

In its coalition brief, the U.S. Chamber asked the Oregon Supreme Court to grant a writ of mandamus to review a trial court decision holding that the court could exercise personal jurisdiction over employees of out-of-state companies based on the employer’s contacts with the forum state.
The U.S. Chamber filed this brief jointly with TechNet, IT Acquisition Advisory Council, and IT Alliance for Public Sector.
