Janet Galeria is senior counsel at the U.S. Chamber Litigation Center, the litigation arm of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. In this capacity, she handles a variety of litigation matters for the Chamber.

Galeria has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in federal and state litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Before joining the Chamber, Galeria practiced law with the international law firm Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP. She represented clients in a broad array of matters including antitrust, intellectual property, class actions, shareholder litigation, and securities litigation.

During the 2012 Term of the Supreme Court of the United States, Galeria served as a law clerk to Associate Justice Clarence Thomas. She also clerked for Judge Thomas B. Griffith of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.

Galeria graduated from U.C. Berkeley School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree in business management and political science from Brigham Young University.
