Administrative Law and Government Litigation

As both a party and an amicus, the Litigation Center routinely challenges regulatory overreach by federal, state, and local government agencies on a host of issues implicating numerous areas of substantive law.

The Litigation Center also regularly participates in cases that present important constitutional and procedural questions regarding due process protections, property rights, free speech, preemption and statutory interpretation, administrative law, the separation of powers, penalties and remedies, the availability of judicial review, and many other issues.
