The National Association of Home Builders of the United States, U.S. Chamber, et al. filed a lawsuit against the Obama administration’s reporting and anti-retaliation rule from OSHA.
Bradford T. Hammock, Tressi L. Cordaro, and Raymond Perez of Jackson Lewis P.C. and Sam R. Fulkerson of McAfee & Taft served as co-counsel for the plaintiffs.
