Government Litigation

As both a party and an amicus, the Litigation Center routinely challenges regulatory overreach by federal, state, and local government agencies on a host of issues implicating numerous areas of substantive law.  The Litigation Center also regularly participates in cases that present important constitutional and procedural questions regarding the separation of powers, due process rights, property rights, free speech, federal preemption under the Supremacy Clause, administrative law, and many other issues.
