The U.S. Chamber of Commerce highlighted numerous litigation risks in launching its new “Path Forward” program, an initiative to address how Americans and businesses can return to work safely, successfully, and sustainably. As the Chamber explained, numerous lawsuits have already been filed as a result of COVID-19, and litigation risks will be exacerbated during a reopening of the economy.
